Cancellation Policy

My Personal Chef – Snack Pack Policy Orders & Booking – Snack Packs are made to order and require a minimum of 3 days’ notice. – All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. – Weekly bookings close Friday 5pm for delivery the following week. – Menus are customisable, but once finalised, changes cannot be made within 48 hours of delivery. Payments – Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. – Payment options: bank transfer, PayID, or invoice (credit card processing available upon request). – Prices are subject to menu selection, quantity, and location. Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery: full refund or credit toward a future date. – Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% credit offered, as ingredients may already be purchased. – No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery day. Delivery – Local delivery is included within 10km of Geelong CBD. – Deliveries outside that zone may incur a small additional fee. – Snack Packs are delivered fresh and chilled. Refrigeration is required upon delivery. Allergies & Dietary Requests – Please notify me of any allergies when placing your order. – While all care is taken, my kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. – I offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and high-protein options as requested. Storage & Shelf Life – Snacks are best enjoyed within 3–5 days if refrigerated properly. – Most items are freezer-friendly and come with storage instructions. – It is the client’s responsibility to store food safely once delivered.
